JQL: Search by Custom field ID AND name

Is it possible to enter the Custom Field ID and name at the same time? I want to be able to tell what I am searching for when using the custom field ID, but it is hard when you are only referencing the ID. This is obviously for creating shared filters and preventing the filters from breaking when you chang the custom field name

Nope it is not possible, you can either choose to query with the ID or the name of it.
