JMC - missing crash logs ?

I am seeing feedback when using JMC, and that there has been a crash (I think) but not the crash logs. Is my JMC perhaps not setup correctly, or how do I see the crash logs ?

You may get something from the FAQ: https://developer.atlassian.com/display/JMC/JIRA+Mobile+Connect+FAQ. Also you should have in mind that: "Crash logs are not automatically symbolicated upon submission. If you want a readable version of the crash log, you have to download the file and symbolicate it yourself." as mentioned here: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.atlassian.jconnect.jconnect-plugin
