JIRA version upgrade

Bharat Pant March 26, 2015

Hi There

Good Day, we are currently in our business setup using JIRA 5.0 which is an old version so we want to upgrade that version to new version 6.3 as discussed earlier. On a technical perspective we are all set for this version but our management is asking whether this version upgrade will result in any change in the Business Contract Management fees? Can you please let us know this detail as our business is awaiting this information for further steps of upgrade.

Thanks in advance, a swift response is expected smile

We're not Atlassian. We're a bunch of Atlassian product users with some Atlassians here helping each other. It sounds like you want to contact sales@atlassian.com or https://support.atlassian.con for an official response.

In general though - as long as you've got a valid license that has entitled support(and with the right number of users) etc you should be good.

Bharat,

If you have a valid JIRA license (non-expired) you're eligible to upgrade your instance. I suggest you to take a look on our license documentation below.

Hope it helps!

Cheers
