JIRA user login in our hosted system that counts to our merge allowed users, how do i / can i remove it?

I have recently taken over as internal Admin of our host JIRA and we are near the end of our allowed 25 user mark and cannot upgrade at this time.

There is a admin user by the name of enterprise-hosted-support that I am unable to delete (and I do have full Admin privledges as far as I am aware). Are we required to keep this login even though it counts toward our user limit? If not, how do I get it removed?

Thanks
