JIRA to Freshdesk integration

Hi,

We use Freshdesk for our customer support. Through it, we can easily create issues in JIRA with ease, however, when comments are made on JIRA, these are not pushed back to the ticket that created the issue. There are webhooks spoken of on zapier, is this something we can use, and how?
