JIRA timesheets - showing time based on a filter

Richard Jones May 1, 2015

Hi Everyone

I am testing out JIRA timesheets (https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/jira-timesheet-plugin#support

I am trying to produce a timesheet based on two users. I have produced a filter with assignees of the two users.

When I try and produce a timesheet report with these two I only see the first user in the timesheet. If I individually put the users in (and not use the filter) I can see data in the timesheet.

I've attached a screenshot of what I am doing so it may be easier

Thanks

Hi Richard,

You need to sprcify Group, Project or Role to get report fot multiple users. So instead of filer, it may be easier to use just group. Also notice, Assignee may be different from user who worked on issue.

Hope it helps.

perfect! That works. Thanks.

Good point on the assignee...I'll make sure that I have enough people in the filter to cover a lot of these.
