JIRA stuck at "spinning wheel" when clicking on anything

Hi all,

  Has anyone experience the below?

  There is an existing JIRA. When a user clicks on More > Log work, or More > Attach File, JIRA just shows the spinning wheel, and does not proceed anywhere. We expect a frame to pop up.

  Sorry, this is as descriptive as I can get, as the spinning wheel is all we see.

  I notice it does not matter of the JIRA record size. As I can get this from a JIRA record with lots of attachement, or I can get this with a JIRA record with no attachment and only a one line description.

  If is also only happening for certain JIRA records. 

  Please help. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Hello Bernard,

I believe you'll need to check your log files to get more information about this. Try reproducing the issue, then check for errors in your JIRA log files at the following locations:

1. $JIRA_INSTALL/logs
2. $JIRA_HOME/log
