JIRA set up with Perforce and ScrumWorks Pro

Hi,

I am tasked with setting up JIRA with Perforce and ScrumWorks Pro. I am trying to figure out the best way to do that and am seeking advice. I see there are a couple of options for Perforce (P4DTG and FishEye). If all worked out as planned, I create an issue in JIRA, this issue would automatically be created in Perforce as a job and in ScrumWorks Pro as a backlog item. Is this possible? How can I get this set up?

"Perforce viewer in jira" doesn't create perforce job, it displays all perforce changes in case the description of the commit contains the jira issue key, please refer to atlassian website https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.syncnice.jira.plugin.jira4p4
