For some reason my JIRA service desk functionality has dropped from my server. The portal page is getting a 404. When i try to update tickets all of the JSD functions are gone as well. My license is current and I'm not over the head count. Any ideas on where to start?
Can you tell us a little more about the environment, OS, versions of the apps, etc?
Anything in the log file for Jira?
Has Jira or the server been restarted since this error occurred?
Have you run the diagnostics for Jira in system administration?
Under administration - applications tab, you show jira service desk installed, no warnings to upgrade?
'CentOS7 on AWS. JIRA version is 7.3.0. I have not restarted, but will have to wait for this until evening. Nothing funny that i can see in the logs, and I haven't run any diagnostics yet. I'll get on that ASAP.
I do have an UPGRADE warning but that's just because I'm at my user limit for JSD.
JIRA and Confluence are working like a charm.
