After the migration to JIRA 7,I cannot find where to view all issues and filters on my servicedesk kanban board admin view
Please guide me.

In preparation for JIRA 7 we prepared some comprehensive documentation for people who had JIRA Agile (now JIRA Software) and JIRA Service Desk. You can find that comprehensive documentation here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/migration/jira-7/cloud_jira+agile+jsd_post-update-checklist
To answer the question that you have asked I think that you want to pay special attention to point 4 in the checklist. It should be able to help you achieve what you want to do.
