JIRA search for issues not loading

Hi,

I will probably provide not enought details and all as I am a complete newbe here.

Environment/ background info:

Problem relates to JIRA Service Desk Server 3.8.3 (Jira Core 7.5.2). Integrity checker run OK, Instance health OK, Log analyser displays some issues that do not seem to be related:

Problem description:

  • Search for issues screen does not load correctly: no filter options at the top loaded at all, main menu not responsive.
  • When inside Service Desk project, clicking on a ticket does nothing, able to open contents of the ticket in a new browser tab though
  • When inside Service Desk ticket buttons to comment internally and comment with customer are missing

I am happy to provide furter information, would appreciate if someone could lead me towards resolving this issue, thank you.

I managed to sort it out by performing reindexing (duh)

opened this page and reloaded my jira task.. its working...!!!!
