JIRA - "JIRA Startup Failed" - No shared spaces configured

I'm trying to setup JIRA 6.2 on an Ubuntu 14.04 LTS, i've started the process on the server but when i try to access JIRA from browser i get this error:

JIRA Startup Failed
Exception thrown while waiting for future computation

This is the current Java Version:

java version "1.7.0_51"

Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.7.0_51-b13)

Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 24.51-b03, mixed mode)

I've tried to check the error log at /logs/catalina.out :

Not sure what else to look for, if you need further information please let me know.

Hi Martin, it's not clear in your logs, can you check whether you're using Oracle's JDK/JRE? this error seems to be relateto the JAVA installation and we only support the JAVA provided by Oracle as you can see in our supported platforms.

Cheers

Hi Tiago, i've installed jdk-7u51-linux-x64.tar.gz on that server
