JIRA notification trigger

Hi All,

I have requirement where under my project, If user does not fill the worklog say untill ticket has assigned to them so starting from there counting 2 days a mail has to be sent to Reporter/Manger as well as to the assignee.

Could this be achieved under jira?

You can write a plugin to do that. Not possible using a default functionality I am afraid!

I am sure you can do it using script as well. Unfortunately, I do not have an example.
