When we restart the jira , mails will get delivered without any issue for one or two days. But the test mails are working properly.
Can someone please help me to resolve this.
Take a thread dump and look at what the quartz worker threads are stuck on

No errors are there regarding mail in the log. Hi Jobin, Also one more thing, the weekly subscription mail from jira is getting send at the correct time. Also 1000's of mails are stuck in the mail queue, we are able to send test mails. Thanks and Regards Neena

What is the delay that you have configured for mail service? You can find it under Administration > System > Services. Look for Mail Queue Service
