JIRA not stopping

Hi,

We have some issues with JIRA.

We are not able to stop JIRA. Its giving following error:

"PID file found but no matching process was found. Stop aborted"

When we try to restart it, it gives the following details in the log:

We tried changing the port in server.xml to "8006" from "8005" Still not able to resolve the issue.

There is this error too in the log file.

The last packet sent successfully to the server was 0 milliseconds ago. The driver has not received any packets from the server.
