Where is the best place to add suggestions or report bugs about JIRA and Confluence on a mobile device?

For JIRA there is a "Give Feedback" button in Safari but I want to be able to add more information directly in a JIRA project. The Mobile component in the j.a.c JRA project doesn't seem to be used at all.

p.s. The specific problem is that not all links to add a comment work in Confluence

JIRA's mobile UI is part of JIRA core now. You can just file an issue in JAC in the JRA project.
