How come JIRA issue ids are not hyperlinked within Crucible? It would be helpful for the reviewer to get back to JIRA when they have originally entered crucible from JIRA.

Do you have application links created? And project links setup between the Crucible project and JIRA project?

This is working now.

Not sure exactly how but the following changes were made to the system...

(i) trying different options to get the issue reported in https://answers.atlassian.com/questions/49712/single-sign-on fixed

(ii) while creating the Review selected the option to 'Link issue'
