JIRA is always load or spin while creating a sub-task on some repositories

I don't know what happen with my JIRA server. When I'm creating a sub-task, the page is keep loading or sniping and the sub-task page is not show for some repositories.

I found the workaround by held the 'Ctrl' then clicked on 'Create Sub-Task' to opened the new tab. With this I'll able to create a sub-task.

Has anybody got the same issue?

Note: I'm using JIRA 6.1

The issue has been resolved due to an error in a custom code.
