We are using JIRA Software Cloud and JIRA Service Desk Cloud. I have configured Slack integration so we can see issues in one channel for projects that come from Software projects and Service Desk projects. I have noticed that issues from the Software project display a preview, however since upgrading, the preview no longer displays with issues that come from the Service Desk projects.
Clear as mud?
Has anyone come across this and can offer some insights or solutions? This one has left me scratching my head.
