JIRA graph to show when stories were moved to "In test" in a 3 week Sprint

Is it possible to have a graph in JIRA with details on when the stories were delivered to QA / status changes of each story over a period of time?

Ex: if there are 10 stories committed and its a 3 week Sprint.

Week 1, Day1 should show 10 stories in Open status

Week 1, Day2 should show 4 stories in In Progress status & 6 Open

Week 1, Day3 should show 8 stories in In Progress status & 2 Open

.........

..........

Week 2, Day5 should show 3 stories moved to "In Test" & 7 In Progress

........

Week 3,Day4  should show 3 Accepted 4 stories in "In Test" & 3 In Progress

Week 3, Day5,should show 7 Accepted & 3 In Progress

No, doing it manually by checking in JIRA and updating it in an excel.
