I am looking for a solution for people to have a "clean" view to report issues into jira. Service Desk does this but i would have to have 50 agent licenses to accomplish what i'm trying to do and that is not possible. Is there another way of reporting issues into Jira? The solution needs to be mobile friendly. I have looked at issue collectors and they almost do what i want. All users have JIRA licenses.
I've done this a few times with simple HTML forms that present simple information, gather minimal information from the users and then post it over into JIRA via SOAP. Nowadays, of course, I'd use REST instead.
