Using JIRA for resource management and/or portfolio management is a question I get very often. It is hard for us to keep a handle on all of the plugins that are out there, unique configurations of JIRA, etc.
JIRA is highly customizable, but it was built with simple bug tracking in mind. Making it work for resource management may be a bit of a trial.
So, does our community have any good/bad experiences setting up JIRA to work as a resource management tool?
