It seems individual JIRA issues still behave the same way in conluence in that clicking on them loads the JIRA issue in JIRA. Now after the update I notice that clicking on JIRA issues in a filter on a confluence page  loads JIRA inside confluence which is confusing our users. Anyone esle seen this?

Hi Arthur,

It is correct that the issue you are running into is that bug that you have linked. It does appear that other users are running into the same issue. 

Any users who run into this issue should vote and watch the bug ticket in question so that they can be updated when there are any changes.
