JIRA field behaviour

Good day,

Please assist as we would like for JIRA to allow us to configure fields in such a way that when creating an issue, two of the following scenarios happen on a dropdown:

a) when selecting 'No', fields become greyed out, meaning there are no further options.

b) when selecting 'Yes', mandatory fields become visible for the user to populate.

Your assistance is highly appreciated

Hey Rethabile, I can think of two possible methods where this can be achieved :

Also, since adding the script, when trying to view the custom field list under Administration>>Issues, the list is cutoff(incomplete).

Please help!!!
