Hi All

From last night i see that JIRA email notifications are getting stuck in the mail queue. 

Almost 75% of the emails are getting transferred to the error queue. When i try resending them they dont get delivered but come back to the error queue.

Even the usual mail queue is getting bigger at 300-500 emails and a delivery time of 1 hour.

How can i resolve this?

Any suggestions?

Hi Rahul, you may want to check this KB that list the most common causes of mail notification issues. Also, you may want to enable mail debug to get more information about this issue.
