JIRA email configuration

Hello<

We just upgraded to JIRA 5.0 from 4.1. I notice now that when we receive email notifications from JIRA they are coming from JIRA (PROJECT-1). We used to have this set up to send as JIRA Created(PROJECT-1). How do we get the issue status back into the email notifications?
