Hi All!
Is it possible - and if so how - to indent lines in a markup-rendered JIRA-field like e.g. the issue-description? Bullet-lists are not really an option as the text should simply show the hierarchical nesting like here:
Text Level 1
Text Level 2
Text Level 3
Text Level 4
Text Level 5
Text Level 3
Text Level 4
Text Level 5
Text Level 3
Text Level 4
Text Level 5
Text Level 5
Text Level 5
Text Level 2
When I copy such nested/indented text from Word, everything gets shifted to align left as the tabs/spaces seem to be ignored.
Thanks and Cheers
Baerbel
Updated to show that it should also be possible for some of the indented text to be highlighted either by bolding or colorcoding it. This unfortunately precludes the usage of {noformat}
Use the "noformat" notation
{noformat} Text1 Text2 Text3 {noformat}
Thanks, Udo! What I however omitted in my question is that I'd still like to be able to for example show some of the text in blue or otherwise highlight it. This is not possible with noformat.

Saved me a bunch of time. I thought the formatting of my string object was incorrect. Thanks!
