Hi All , for Management and client stakeholders, we need to create a report with the below cols, that can be extract weekly into excel. Please share your advice on how to do that, thanks

Go to search, run a search for the issues you are interested in, look to the "columns" to change the columns displayed, selecting the fields you need (note that you will need an app to do the comments column, and bear in mind that that could be a huge block of text, making spreadsheet copies of this rather unweildy). You'll then be able to export to CSV, which spreadsheets can open.
However, you're probably just making mannual work for yourself that you shouldn't bother with. I would set up a dashboard for your management and stakeholders, and instead of weekly spreadsheets that no-one will read, ask them to visit that.
