Creating JIRAs using email functionlaity is not working after we got upgraded to 5.2.10 version.
Kinldy suggest if anything in additional to the existing setting we need to do?
It is kinda hard to troubleshoot here as we need to look into Support.zip to further analyse the root cause of the problem.

Followed https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Creating+Issues+and+Comments+from+Emaildocumentation and did setup for POP / IMAP Mail Servers and Mail Handlers .Test Connection is succesfful.
Still not able to create issues /tickets by sending email.
The below mentioned error gets displayed in the log
2014-06-18 04:57:28,682 QuartzWorker-0 ERROR ServiceRunner FCJIRA Mail Handler [atlassian.mail.incoming.mailfetcherservice] FCJIRA Mail Handler: User 'AppOwner' does not have permission to comment on an issue in project '10600'.
Please help to resolve this issue
May be you have not enabled user creation when user doesnt exist in the configuration of Mail Handler. If so, you need to make sure all the users that send e-mail to the e-mail address have an account in JIRA and also permissions to create issue and add comments on the issues in the project you are creating the tasks
