JIRA continues to create log files even though I have turned most of the logging options off

My logging is turned off yet JIRA still keeps creating logs. Thoughts?

Hi there,

May I know how did you turned off the logging level in JIRA? Did you do it from JIRA UI, via Administration > Logging & Profiling or did you made any modifications to the log4j.properties file?
