is it only possible with JIRA "server" to see commits and pull requests from bitbucket?
now, i only can create branch from JIRA.
how can I see commits and pull request from Bitbucket as worklog or activity in JIRA?
You can do it in JIRA Cloud too. If the application links are created correctly, just make sure the branches and commit message has JIRA issue key in it.
