Hello Everyone,
I am an exchange admin and do not have much knowledge about how JIRA works. We got JIRA 6.4 and it has tempo module which send emails literaly as users - it happens after some update.
It causes a tremengous issue for us as we cannot use smtp submission as it tells user has no permission to send as a user - and as an outcome we are forced to use relay connectors on exchange without authentication.
Does someone know and can reveal a secret how to change configuration of tempo module so it won't send emails like:
(JIRA) Tom Jacob <tjacob@CompanyName.co.uk>
but instead as:
(JIRA) JIRA <jira@CompanyName.co.uk>
?
