JIRA and Team Heirarchy

Jira,

Is the a way or mechanism to build a team heirachy within Jra (ie. Team/Supervisor/Agents). This is a little different then just roles - we need a heirarchy.This would be necessary so a Supervisor would only see things for his team?

Not possible at the moment. JIRA Portfolio (recently announced) introduces the concept of teams but it is entirely different at the moment!
