In my company we are using SAP CRM 7 and JIRA 7.0 Ticket tracking tool.
Will it possible if any Change request created in SAP CRM7 for the specific Approval Group eg "ABC" then those details to be automatically created in JIRA Change Type.
Much appreciated if you elaborate the steps how it works and what changes i have to make
