I suggest you to test the application timeout settings. Are you AJP in tomcat
Hi Sateesh, I appreciate your quick response, I had a family emergency and could not respond. I have all the default settings, I attached a screen shot above. I am not sure if we are AJP in tomcat. I went into the the LDAP config screen and saved and it started syncing again, it synced every hour for three hours then stopped again. I am pulling the logs. Hopefully I will have more information We are at our max users, do you think that would being messing things up?

Did you find anything in the logs ? If not, then maybe try set the crowd packages logger to more detailed level.
