JIRA Workflow Design

Andrew Morin August 20, 2012

I created a new workflow and want to design it in the old fashioned style...not in the new graphic designer. I can do this easily with an existing draft but don't see a way to get to this view with a new workflow. As much as I appreciate the new style I hate working in it...any way to get to the old view on a new workflow that is inactive?

Hi, I'm not sure if I completely understand you but, Did you try this?

- Show the workflow list.

- Click on the number below the "Steps" column in the list, corresponding with the workflow you want to edit.

It leaves you in the "old" editor.

Is it what you need?

best!

Hi Andrew,

There are at least 3 ways of how to get to this view..

#1

Described by Nino.. Go and click on the number of steps

#2

In the same view as above not use the Design but Create Draft link. It will create a draft and redirect to the "old" view.

#3

From the Workflow Scheme view.. Look at the Workflow Schemes and when you will click on the assiciated name with a issue type then it will also redirect you to the same view.

I hope that will helps.

Regards,

Mirek
