JIRA Welcome Plugin - Page Not Found

When a new user logs onto the system, the "What's New in JIRA" dialog pops up.  Currently they are seeing a "Page Not Found" error.

Here's the Iframe that loads:

<iframe id="whats-new-iframe" class="" scrolling="no" frameborder="0" src="https://docs.atlassian.com/jira/docs-063/whatsnew/iframe?od=false&amp;a=false&amp;pa=false"></iframe>

Which tries to load the page at the following address:

https://docs.atlassian.com/jira/docs-063/whatsnew/iframe?od=false&amp;a=false&amp;pa=false

Which does not exist:

PageNotFound.png

JIRA Version: 6.3.15

JIRA Welcome Plugin Version: 1.1.53

I've temporarily disabled the notice, but that's not a good long term solution

This is a known bug reported under https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-45170 and bound to be fixed really soon.
