JIRA Watcher Field 2.8.3

I am deploying a Data Center instance, importing data using Configuration Manager snapshots.  Well, one of the plugins that was enabled during export (and is required upon import) was JIRA Watcher Field 2.8.3... which has been removed from the Marketplace.  Does anyone know of a place to download a copy of it?
