JIRA WORKFLOW BASED ON USER PRESENCE

I would like to know if with jira you can change the path of the workflow based on the availability (presence) of a user respect to a calendar of presences and absences.

Yes, with code. Sort of.

You don't "change the path" really - you set up all the possible transitions. Then you need to find/write conditions that block the transitions that are not appropriate according to your rules.
