JIRA: To fire a mail for some criteria

megha jayaswal November 10, 2013

I have used the technique of filtering and subscriptions for firing a mail to a person or group when a issue is not been acted upon for more than 24hours for a particular project. what i have done is, I ilter the issues based on this JQL "project = MPP and created >= -24h and resolution = UNRESOLVED and priority = P0(Urgent)" and then saved this filter and added myself for the subcriptions for this filter, set the time and other things accordingly. But still I am not getting mail notification. can somebody help me out and explain why am I not recieving the mail notifications?

When you access the filter in the user interface, are you seeing any issues in it? Any errors in the log file during the subscription time?
