JIRA Subversion plugin for cloud based hosting

Alex Luton August 6, 2015

We could like to integrate subversion with our hosted issue tracking. I can see there is a free supported plugin here: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.atlassian.jira.plugin.ext.subversion

But this does not appear in the marketplace search through the hosted control panel. There are only two results for subversion - a different paid plugin and Fisheye. Any reason we can't use the existing free one? We only need basic functionality

Hello CuiJuan Li,

Svn Gateway is developed by Matrix Requirements. Support is through email support@matrixreq.com or https://support.matrixreq.com

I cannot find your instance right away based on your name, but please send all details to us via one of the above.

Thanks

I tried Svn Gateway, there is something wrong with Free Trial version, somehow I could configure SVN information successfully. After code committed, message pop up  "There was an unexpected error while loading the issue. You're using unlicensed JIRA plugin." The thing is, I couldn't use the Free Trial version. Anyone know how to fix this?

Atlassian Cloud have not put it on the list of addons they are willing to support.  I can't tell you an exact reason why, but I suspect it's to do with only having a fixed amount of resource to support things.  It's unlikely to be added too - Atlassian have pretty much said they won't be adding more.

Hello Alex,

The add-on you listed there is only working with server versions of JIRA.

Our Svn Gateway add-on is, as far as I know, the only one working with the Cloud versions of JIRA.
