JIRA Structure - prev_siblings use within a formula

Looking to use prev_siblings_or_self or prev_siblings within a formula to sum a value from previous siblings within a structure to provide a running total. i.e.:

 

Key, Value, Running Sum

A, 1, 1

B, 2, 3

C, 5, 8

D, 1, 9
