JIRA Startup Failed !!!!

Hello,

I am getting the following error while trying to install. How can I resolve it?

The following plugins are required by JIRA, but have not been started:
Atlassian Plugins - JavaScript libraries (com.atlassian.plugin.jslibs)

Do you have an error in that log prior to that? You should. Check it, you may understand the root cause of it and act.

You should have an error in the logs prior to that report.
