JIRA Startup Failed

When i finsihed install JIRA and create database and connect with JIRA, it shows the error.

How can i slove it.

Hi Xiao,

The above error shows that JIRA startup failed due to multiple core plugins was not enabled successfully. This could be due to two possible reason:

Since you just start from installation process, I believe the latter cause could be the root cause of your issue. Please refer to the mentioned knowledge base and set JVM minimum memory and maximum to 1024 and see how it goes.

Also what is the configuration of the system you are using to install JIRA? Low end machines cannot handle the load for JIRA startup and it can fail.

You may also be using the wrong version of Java - it only works with Sun/Oracle Java 1.6 - using 1.5 or 1.7 can result in the plugins not loading.
