JIRA Startup Failed


I have been facing the issue logging to JIRA Service Desk. Could anyone help me to figure out.

From my side i have restarted the service but it didnt help me out.

You will have to give us more details than this. What's the error you are having? Logs?

You'll have to download the file to view it."

+ No mention of which jira-product, version or actual problem. Try restarting the computer tends to be a generally good advise.

Please suggest me the property file where i can set this property: Datlassian.plugins.enable.wait=300
