For my customer portal form, I'm using some JIRA fields and some from ProForma. I would like to have the ProForma fields to show first.
Is this possible and if so how?
The short answer is no, Forms will always be displayed below any Jira fields in the request form.

Thanks, it would be nice if they would make that change or allow similar fields like attachments in proforma.
Attachments is coming, it is currently slated for Q3 2022 according the public roadmap.
