JIRA Service Desk Import External Customers Data

Hi we are looking at JIRA for our service desk which is a small group of staff ( currently 6) and wanting to know if we can easily import existing external customers. I have exported spreadsheet with various details eg. Customer Name, CLient ID, Address, phone, etc
