JIRA Service Desk - Assigning Group to a Customer

Hi there,
Is it possible to assign a group to a JIRA Service Desk Customer when the account is created?
For example, I want all JIRA Service Desk Customers assigned to jira-users group. Is that possible to do?

Hi There,

We have solved our need by creating a User Event Listener that add the jira-users to the created User.

Hi Rui,

You can set the default group that a user will be configured to when you configure the LDAP as "Read only with local groups". The field "Default Group Membership" will be listed for you to fill and this will add the users on their fist login to that group. Please be aware, though, of your license number of users, since if the group has the global permission to count in the license, all those new Customers will start counting towards your license as well.
