Hi

 

Jira Service Desk has a problem. You can move an request from one project to another. But only without attachments. If you grant Create Attachements rights for Service Desk Customers, then you can move requests with attachments. But JIRA starts showing an error that it is wrong, it needs to be fixed.

The question is: how to solve this?

Who's moving the Jira Service Desk issue from one project to another?

Besides that what is the error related to the Permission scheme? The standard permission scheme for Jira Service Desk already contains the entry for Create Attachment for the Jira Service Desk customer.
