Every time I close a ticket and enter comments it sends an email saying [JIRA] Request re-opened, it started happening recently. If I do not enter any comments there are no issues.
You need to check with the agents what they're doing and why they're reopening it.
If the response is almost instant though, it would suggest a misconfigured "automation", or possibly a broken workflow.
Either way, you need to talk to your SD agents and probably your JIRA admins too.
